While we take great care to package every order in heavy-duty protective mailers, vinyl record jackets are made of paperboard and may occasionally develop slight cosmetic imperfections during shipping.

This is especially true for international orders, where packages travel long distances and pass through multiple shipping carriers, sorting facilities, and customs inspections before delivery. While we do everything we can to protect your order, we cannot control how packages are handled once they leave our facility.

Minor cosmetic wear to the outer jacket, such as slight corner bends, small creases, or edge wear, may occur during transit and is considered a normal shipping risk rather than a product defect. These minor imperfections do not affect the vinyl record itself or its playability.

By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor cosmetic imperfections to the outer jacket that may occur during shipping.
