All Sales Are Final

All purchases are considered final sale. Once an order has been completed, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Clothing Sizing

Most of our apparel is custom-made by our tailor and is designed to conform to standard U.S. sizing. However, sizing and fit may vary slightly depending on the style and material.

When in doubt, we recommend ordering one size up. You may also contact our Customer Service team before placing your order, and we can provide the available measurements for the item.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are reviewed individually by our Customer Service team and are not guaranteed.

Certain products are not eligible for exchange, including:

• Custom-made or made-to-order apparel

• Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed products

• Personalized or specially produced merchandise

• Products that are not regularly stocked in our warehouse

• Vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, and other physical music products

Approved exchanges must be returned in their original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition. (with tags attached)

Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes & Physical Media

All vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, and other physical media are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please note that vinyl record jackets, CD cases, cassette cases, sleeves, and other exterior packaging are intended to protect the product inside. Minor cosmetic wear on the exterior packaging does not indicate that the actual product is damaged or defective.

Vinyl Jacket Shipping Disclaimer

We take great care to package every order using heavy-duty protective mailers and shipping materials. However, vinyl record jackets are made from paperboard and may occasionally develop minor cosmetic imperfections during transit.

This is especially possible with international orders, which travel long distances and may pass through multiple shipping carriers, sorting facilities, and customs inspections before delivery. Although we do everything reasonably possible to protect your order, we cannot control how a package is handled after it leaves our facility.

Minor cosmetic imperfections may include:

• Slightly bent corners

• Small creases

• Minor edge wear

• Light marks or scuffs on the outer jacket

• Minor wear to exterior cases or packaging

These imperfections are considered a normal risk of shipping and are not considered product defects. They do not affect the vinyl record itself, its sound quality, or its playability.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor cosmetic wear to exterior jackets, cases, sleeves, or packaging that may occur during shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Each claim will be reviewed individually. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange.
