Please be informed that all purchases made are considered FINAL. This means that once a transaction is completed, you are not able to return the item for a refund under any circumstances. 

 

If you find yourself needing to exchange an item, please keep in mind that all requests will be assessed individually by our Customer Service team. We encourage you to reach out to us with your specific situation, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

We appreciate your understanding of this policy. Additionally, please note that some items may be produced using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing techniques or may be custom-made specifically for your order. Because of their unique nature and the fact that they are not stored in our inventory or warehouse, these items are not eligible for exchange. Thank you for your cooperation.
