Shipping policy

The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may incur these additional charges once the shipment reaches their country. 

Any extra charges for customs clearance must be covered by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so it is advisable to contact your local customs office for more information. Please note that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.

Most items are currently in stock and ready for shipment. However, some items are categorized as Direct-to-Garment (DTG), meaning they will be produced on demand once an order is received. If you have questions regarding stock availability, please chat with our representatives or refer to the product details indicating "READY TO SHIP."

All music items are in stock and available for immediate shipping, except for pre-orders.

You will only be charged once for shipping, but your orders may be shipped separately. This means that if your order contains more than one item, you may receive them in multiple shipments. Shoes are shipped from an international vendor, and with standard shipping, they typically take 2-3 weeks to reach you. With rushed shipping, you can expect to receive the item faster, usually within 1-2 weeks after fulfillment.
